Mentoring@work

Mentoring@work guides Non-natives in Limburg (BE) in their search for a job. 

As a follow up of two previous projects with similar goals, this project focuses on employment within the participants field of work. This is done by matching the participant with a voluntary mentor in the desired worksector. 

Core vof functions as Project Manager and Mentoring coach and provides the following service:

• managing the project
• supervising partners in the project
• supporting both the participant and mentor in every aspect
• providing regular training for both groups to share the necessary tools to get the job done successfully
• maintaining a learning platform that works bi-directional: learning from each other

All this results in a profitable relationship that benefits the client, partners, mentors/employers and the mentees/employees!
