Core provided a workshop ‘working together with cultural differences’ for the HR employees and company managers of several companies in Limburg that follow the WELT-trajectory at Voka Limburg.
During this workshop the participants could experience what it is like to be confronted with other habits and customs. We discussed the cultural pitfalls based on the iceberg methodology using an everyday theme.
At the end of the workshop, everyone was sent home with 10 tips for working together in diversity.
